Генетичні витоки парламентаризму як політико-правового феномену

Висвітлюються концептуальні проблеми фор- мування вітчизняної доктрини парламентаризму. Конста- туючи факт, що найбільш багатоаспектною і складною є проблема утвердження в Україні представницької демократії та оптимальної форми організації державної влади, пропону- ється посилити у вітчизняній конституційній науці та освіті доктринальні засади сучасного парламентаризму. Аналізую- чи комплекс сутнісних та змістових характеристик парла- ментаризму як феномену сучасного конституційного права, окреслюються перспективні напрямки розвитку доктрини парламентського права та процесу. Показаний синергетич- ний зв’язок між теорією сучасного парламентаризму, принци- пами представницької демократії та фундаментальними ін- ститутами конституційного ладу.
