The evolution of the Russian socio-political system in the direction of its fascism is analyzed. Russia has gone through the main stages of the formation of fascist corporatism: oligarchic, bureaucratic and authoritarian. As a result, the ideology and practice of «racism» – a Russian variety of Nazism disguised as anti-fascism – was formed. The practice of racism is war and mass repressions against Ukrainians in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine. In the European tradition, four types of responsibility for the deed are established: criminal, political, moral and metaphysical. Accusations of the collective guilt of an entire nation are not allowed. However, according to Karl Jaspers, «only violence» is used for criminal crimes against humanity, because these people «live only by violence».
