Фашизація росії: окреслення проблеми

Аналізується еволюція російського суспільно-по- літичного устрою в напрямі його фашизації. Росія пройшла основні стадії становлення фашистського корпоративізму: олігархічного, бюрократичного та авторитарного. У підсум- ку сформувалася ідеологія і практика «рашизму» – російського різновиду нацизму, що маскується під антифашизм. Практи- ка рашизму – війна та масові репресії проти українців на тим- часово окупованих територіях України. У європейській традиції усталено чотири види відповідаль- ності за скоєне: кримінальна, політична, моральна й метафі- зична. Не допускається звинувачення у колективній провині цілої нації. Однак, згідно з Карлом Ясперсом, за кримінальні злочини проти людяності застосовується «лише насилля», тому що ці люди «живуть лише насиллям».

Repeated «propaganda» is already subject to criminal liability.
