Аналізується колективна монографія «Россия как государство-цивилизация: высшие цели и альтернативы развития», укладеної за метаріалами Ювілейних міжнародних Панарінських читань (2016). Зокрема розглядається усталення у представлених у виданні працях російських учених-гуманітаріїв, концептів російської «держави-цивілізації», «руского міра», «руской культури», «руского православ’я», їх характерних ознак і особливостей, а також окреслення перспектив розвитку і місії росії. Робиться висновок про когерентність відповідних побудов постулатам рашизму як ідеології і практики національної винятковості й культурної зверхності росіян та експансіоністської політики росії.
